Returns:
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make
every effort to meet your high standards for quality products,
accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer
service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern,
please contact us immediately.
- All merchandise is
guaranteed for 15 DAYS from original date of purchase.
- Some of our merchandise
is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty which may be longer
than 15 days.
- We agree, at our option
to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 15 day
warranty period.
- Items showing signs of misuse, abuse or
commercial use are not returnable.
- No returns for any reason will be accepted
after 15 days, no exceptions.
- Defective products
returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and
owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products
returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be
replaced or repaired as received.
- A 20% Restocking fee
will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is
requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
- Items returned with missing parts will be
charged an additional 20% re-manufacturing fee plus the cost of
the missing parts.
- Special orders or closeout items are not
returnable.
- Color copiers, printers, fax machines and ink
or toner cartridges are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable under any
circumstance.
- The returned item
should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate '
return shipping address'.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks
for processing.
- You will receive an
email from our returns department informing you of your company
credit after it has been applied to your account.
- No returns sent COD
will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
- Refused orders will incur a 20% restocking fee
and shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Items by: Panasonic, JVC, Sony, Sharp, Sanyo,
Toshiba, General Electric, Monogram and Fridgidaire are covered
under manufacturers warranty and are not eligible for return.
Customer needs to contact the manufacturer directly in cases of
defective merchandise.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return for
any reason.
- IMPORTANT: All returns
must go through our online Return Authorization process. To get an
RA number email us at
returns@1stqualityonlinemerchant.com with your order number
and a description of the problem. We will send you an RA number
which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the
package being returned. Any returned package that does not have an
RA number will be returned to sender. You will also be given a
return address for the product. Do Not
send product to the Brandon, Florida Location, it will be refused.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Continental U.S. destinations:
Shipping charges will be calculated during the Ordering
process and can be reviewed before final submission of your order.
Orders are shipped UPS ground and usually delivered in 4-7 business
days. Customers requesting faster shipping methods assume the
responsibility for all cost and risks associated with special
shipping instructions as we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We
currently do not ship to APO addresses or Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto
Rico.
International Orders:
We do not ship outside of the continental
US.
